Teacher Bio's
Sandi is originally from Stamford, CT where she is the youngest of 6 children. She has always been sports oriented from a very young age and her favorites include softball and tennis. She is married and has two children, a teen and a college graduate, and was an aunt at the age of 9 and currently has 11 nieces and nephews and recently a great aunt. She has always loved being around children whether it be with family, friends, or as a baseball coach!
Sandi is the founder of “Clifton Enrichments”. Sandi is currently the Educational Program Director for Yoga Tales bringing yoga and character education to schools in the area through Yoga Tales "mobile enrichment program” and is expanding by creating additional classes for after school.
Sandi is a Reiki Master, spiritual counselor, Minister at "Light Interfaith Church", and published writer. Her energy work includes Spiritual Workshops, Reiki Training and hands on treatments for adults, children and the elderly helping them with health problems, stress, fear & anxiety. She was co-founder of "Family Assisted Living" in Alexandria, VA where her role was to help start-up the business through creative marketing and also help the residents feel comfortable in their new home.
She genuinely enjoys bringing peace and happiness to children through the Yoga Classes and often attends classes to hear the sounds of children having fun! She also loves the dress code...shoes optional :).
